Description

As you can tell... this is a work in progress... there are no stripes on this hat yet.. ^^ we ish working on it ^^; the hat fits comfortably on the mannequin head, and this is Scotia-kun's first hand-sewn hat. He is proud of his work ^^ This is another sample of anime hats we will be selling.
